What is a total quality leader?
Article Abstract:
Fourteen quality leaders from 13 top US companies were the object of a study whose aim was to determine the specific characteristics that make up a total quality leader. The findings of the survey are enumerated. The total quality leader is the only person in an organization who embodies consumer attitudes. It is demonstrated in the study what characteristics are needed for success, then it created a practical application for allowing these qualites to improve within the organization.
