Adaptive management and water temperature variability within a South African river system: what are the management options?
Article Abstract:
The importance of maintaining the water temperature level for the survival of fishes (Chiloglanis anoterus) and the need for management to take into consideration the resource management issues while designing management programmes that considers river systems is discussed.
