Control of plant species diversity and community invasibility by species immigration: seed richness versus seed density
Article Abstract:
The effects of seed richness and seed density on the trajectory of species diversity during the development of annual plant communities are investigated. Seed density is an important determinant of community invasibility in dynamic plant assemblages.

Invasibility of plankton food webs along a trophic state gradient
Article Abstract:
The effect of trophic state on the invasibility of plankton communities is examined. The ecological impacts of a successful invasion event on zooplankton community structure and ecosystem function are discussed.

Genetic diversity and invasibility: a test using a model system with a novel experimental design
Article Abstract:
The relationships between genotypic richness and community invasibility are investigated with a model organism model, Arabidopsis thaliana. Genotypic richness is uncorrelated with invasion success.
