Feasibility versus sustainability in urban water management
Article Abstract:
The international discussion on sustainability in the water sector can be summarized as aiming towards participatory, democratic, holistic and integrated decision making. A change of the decision making is proposed, which would allow to make decision makers to make to adapt the decision making process to the circumstances of a specific project in a way that is accepted by the stakeholders.
