Geum urbanum L
Article Abstract:
The perennial pubescent herb species Geum urbanum L. originated in the British Isles. The formation of its new leaf rosettes happens every year at the top of the rhizome. They are usually found in deciduous woodlands, scrub and hedgegrows and as garden weeds. Its rhizome system is not fully developed with the ramets possessing short rhizomes with adventitious roots. Reproduction of this plant species is amphimictic and its vivipary is unknown. Nectar is produced by the hermaphrodite flowers by a ring inside the filaments.

Galium aparine L
Article Abstract:
Galium aparine is a plant species produced from a mixture of phenotypic plasticity and genecological variation. The species can survive in places with various conditions due to its freezing tolerance, growth form, plasticity during seed germination, productivity and the light and temperature dependence of photosynthesis. Potential variability in higher polyploid conditions could also be one factor enabling them to survive in various habitats.
