Hispanic advertising agencies, which were acquired by marketing conglomerates, are undergoing an identity crisis between integration and specialization and they also have to constantly fight in order to keep the lucrative media buying business with them. Hispanic advertising experts feel that the holding companies, which have a stake in Hispanic agencies, should recognize the power in partnership with these agencies and the benefits that could be derived from it.
