Dr. Paul Ellwood, of the Jackson Hole Group, was an early champion of managed care in the health field. As this practice has become more prevalent the costs of care have come down, but questions remain about quality issues. Ellwood seeks to provide patients with more information so they will be able to make choices concerning quality.
