Feller: we're still special
Article Abstract:
David Feller, president of the National Academy of Arbitrators, feels that labor arbitrators will always be needed and important despite commercial arbitrators enjoying a period of greater respect in the 1990s. Feller became known when he argued the 'Steelworkers Trilogy' to the Supreme Court 30 years ago. Feller agrees that the arbitrators' field is a difficult one to enter.
