The details of the two superb restaurants Michael Richard's Citronelle in Georgetown and the new Cafe 15 in Lafayette Park which are the one of the hottest new restaurants in Washington D.C. are presented. The breakfast at Michael Richard's Citronelle comprises of rich, sweet brioche toast, strips of chocolates puff pastry and a sunny-side up 'egg' of cream topped with an apricot and ginger puree.
