Coppola unveils his plans in Sonoma

The movie director Francis Ford Coppola invited 2,000 Sonomans to his California winery, at the former Chateau Souverian facility for his 67th birthday in April 2006. Coppola's Sonoma winery, which is being remodeled, is intended to be a tourist destination creating a happy Italian family feeling in scenic Alexander Valley, with a restaurant and tasting room, and housing Coppolla's many film memorabilia.
