A California jury ruled that Glen Ellen acted properly in terminating a wine distribution agreement with Classic Wines, a division of Bronco Wine Co. Bronco was ordered to pay Glenn Ellen $7.3 million, and Glen Ellen was assessed $2.5 million for services already provided.

Napa Valley vintner Eugenia Keegan of Bouchaine Vineyards is bottling a Chardonnay and a Pinot Noir under a label called QC Fly. The colorful label is named after a Carneros region settler. The new wines will sell for about $8 a bottle.
