A sampling of 95 wines from the current Beaujolais crop showed several very good wines with equally good values. The Beaujolais wines' fresh flavors make them ideal for the summer. Beaujolais, which usually do not have to be aged in bottles for taste improvement, costs from $7 to $15 per bottle.
