In praise of higgledy-piggledy

An Aug 31, 1996, issue of 'Wine Spectator' featured several lavish wine cellars, but something was wrong with the cellars. A true wine cellar is not instantly erected but is assembled over time. The wine cellars in the issue were like shrines.
