Sugakiya Shokuhin has introduced two products. Ankake Udon is 230 grams of starchy soup made with shiitake mushrooms and dried bonito, garnished with shiitake mushrooms, eggs, and green leaf vegetables. Nori Wakame Udon contains wakame seaweed, in a soup made with scallop and clam extract, seasoned with natural salt and garnished with crab-flavoured dumplings. Both are priced at [yen] 200 and contain 200 grams of noodles of varying thickness.

JAPAN: JAPANESE STYLE NOODLES IN CUPS

Myojo Foods has introduced two new varieties of Japanese-style cup noodles, Myojo Ippei-chan Dokaten Soban and Myojo Ippe-chan Dokaten Udon priced at [yen] 175 for a 118 cup, including 70 grams of noodles. The noodles come in three different thicknesses and the soup is made from small dried fish and bonito, garnished with a large piece of tempura deep-fried food.
