Despite less than perfect weather conditions the 1993 French red burgundy harvest turned out to be very good, as the vintage received an overall 91 rating. Several are recommended, with special kudos to the Jean-Marc Boillot Volnay and the Bertrand Ambroise Corton Le Rognet.
