Mondavi bids to to recapture Cabernet Sauvignon leadership

The renovation of the Robert Mondavi Winery in the Napa Valley, CA, at a cost of $28 million is expected to be completed in 2000. The installation of new oak fermentation tanks will improve the Mondavi Cabernets.
