Wine from the Chateau Cheval-Blanc winery in Bordeaux, France is remarkable for being tasty in recent vintages and which improve with proper storage. A tasting of wines from 1926 to 1996 reveals strong consistency and character. The quality of the wine is in part dependant on the terroir of the vineyards and management of the wine making process.
