There are some restaurants in Las Vegas, NV that offer more than an inexpensive buffet. Fine dining establishments in Las Vegas include Spago, Emeril's, Buccaneer Bay Club, and Brown Derby. Restaurants with a more casual atmosphere include Coyote Cafe and Il Fornaio.
