French bistro food is both elegant and simple. Five recipes that can be made in less than 30 minutes are given. They are spinach and gruyere omelet; grilled tuna, potato and green bean salad; sausage ratatouille, quick coq qu vin and caramel-almond crunch ice cream sundaes.
