A Milwaukee family tradition: Sanford

Sanford D'Amato transformed an Italian grocery store that had been in his family for three generations into an elegant restaurant in 1980. The Sanford features innovative dishes that make use of local ingredients. Four recipes from the restaurant are given including curry vinaigrette.
