The menu and recipes for Hanukkah dinner with exotic spices is provided. It comprises of cumin-scented beet latkes, gingered carrot latkes, celery and cilantro relish, apple, green onion and Jalapeno salsa, romaine and arugula salad with toasted seeds, chicken with olives, caramelized onions and sage, bulgar and green lentil pilaf and spiced fritters and maple-vanilla syrup.
