A spectacular wedding cake

A recipe for making a fondant-covered wedding cake with raspberries and chocolates is presented. Fondant is sugar paste that can be used all over the cake so it will not drip or melt. As such, the wedding cake can be served in outdoor receptions during June weddings without worrying about the frosting melting or dripping.
