Article Abstract:
A chef's job is described which never ends with the closing of the restaurant for the day but the he has to always plan for days on end and be prepared for any contingency or emergency in the kitchen. A chef shares his daily routine and chronicles the activities of his team at his grandmother's farm where the vegetables for the restaurant are planted.
