Brother Lode: a keeper of the brew

The Belgian monastery of Abbaye d'Orval is home to a group of Cistercian Trappist monks who follow a centuries-old method of brewing beer. Brother Lode is the leader of the group and makes sure everyone is aware of the importance of the beverage in their diet.
