Chefs from around the country supplied their favorite pasta dish recipes. The recipes include fettucine with wild mushroom sauce; twice-cooked noodles with stir-fried pork in Hoisin sauce; linguine with clams and arugula; and penne with sausage, peas and mascarpone.
