A complete Chinese New Year dinner menu that serves six is presented. The recipes include gingered vegetable stir-fry; Chinese chicken noodle soup with spinach and garlic cloves; crisp-skinned roast duck with mock Mandarin pancakes; and almond fortune cookies. A wine is also suggested.
