The caviar in the Caspian is known worldwide for its unique taste. It comes from sturgeon eggs which are rubbed gently on screens and salted. Iran is home to this one of a kind caviar. Recipes with caviar as an exquisite enhancer are provided.

England's Worcestershire sauce
