Recipes for six delicious, but low-calorie soups are presented. They include a Cuban black bean soup, a Nepalese red lentil soup with garam masala, a Japanese adzuki bean miso soup, and a North African chick-pea, chard and lima bean soup. Information on fat and calories is also included.
