Issues concerning the delights of bistro dining in Paris are presented, with reference to the emergence of bistros in most American cities. A menu for a bistro supper for four is included, with recipes for Roast Chicken with Herb Butter, Onions and Garlic, and Apple and Prune Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream and Cognac.
