Luciano Pavarotti, tenor and gastronome, has his own ideas about which culinary dishes are appropriate to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Christopher Columbus' arrival in America. It even includes Pavarotti's favorite ice cream, Hagen Dazs, since he feels Columbus was worse off for not having ever tasted it.
