Article Abstract:

Ten recipes which can be prepared in 45 minutes each, are presented. They include goat cheese, sweet potato, and crouton omelet, beef and arugula salad, halibut in spiced court bouillon, brussels sprout with onion, cauliflower fennel soup, chicken and beef sates, and sauteed kale with bacon and vinegar.
