Although China will be regaining control of Hong Kong on July 1, 1997, much of the territory's business enterprises will continue to flourish. Hong Kong's famous restaurants, among which are the Luk Yu Tea House and Fook Lam Moon, continue to offer superb dining pleasure.

There is delicious fast food in the US, such as breakfasts served by diners, french fries and ice cream cones. The Arkansas barbecue of Daddy Bruce and the offerings of Manhattan Jewish delis are also great. The popularity of Spam in Hawaii is also discussed.
