Aix-en-Provence in France, which is known as the birthplace of French painter Paul Cezanne, is becoming famous for its restaurants, cafes, hotels and scenery. One notable restaurant is Le Clos de la Violette in rue de la Violette where excellent food is made by its chef-owner Jean-Marc Banzo.
