The cheddar of Vermont

Vermont produces excellent sharp cheddar cheeses that have a distinctive cream color and a wonderful nutty flavor. They are usually aged longer than other sharp cheddars. Recipes presented include cheddar cornmeal muffins and parsnip and cheddar souffle.
