Article Abstract:
The government of Nigeria is grappling with the regulatory problems associated with functional foods. The prospect for functional foods in Thailand
Article Abstract:
Like many other countries, Thailand must develop regulations covering functional food. Regulatory status of functional foods in Singapore
Article Abstract:
Like many countries, Singapore has few laws regulating functional foods. The Sale of Food Act does state that no food manufacturer can claim on the label that the food can prevent or cure any disease. Singapore does regulate so-called special-purpose food such as diabetic food and infant formulas. But the laws only state that any health claims must be scientifically documented.
