Frederick Booker Noe Jr is the grandson of Jim Beam, and has worked for Jim Beam Bourbon since he was 19. He lives in his grandfather's house, which is also the site Stephen Foster wrote 'My Old Kentucky Home.' He is an avid hunter and fisherman and produces his own brand: Booker's Bourbon.

Posters promoting fine wine and spirits date back to the early 1800s, but the finest works were produced during the 1890s, primarily in Paris, France. Jules Cheret is considered one of the greatest poster makers, but Toulouse-Lautrec and Aubrey Beardsley are also renown for their work.

The peanut butter of America

America's passion for peanut butter is so much that 736 million pounds of it are consumed annually. Peanut butter can be old-fashioned or modern. Old-fashioned means ground peanuts without sugar or salt. The other brands add stabilizers to keep peanut oil from separating.
