Levy and Caiazzo suggest some dishes, namely, sirloin patties with vegetable sauce, lamb stew with spinach/garbanzos, veal cutlets with mushrooms and tomatoes, spicy cheese pizza bread, a pasta dish, a bean/vegetable wrap, spice cookies and a dessert. They are quite tasty and filling.
