Wine lists without fear
Article Abstract:
Issues relating to the nature of French wine lists are discussed. Wine lists in France rely upon the native ability to understand the different wine characteristics, and therefore tend to lack tasting notes which the non-French often require. The key wine varieties are reviewed and explained.
