The Corbin family residence in Salisbury, MA, has a spectacular view of the Newburyport waterfront and to the mouth of Plum Island. Phil and Irene Corbin used to hold dances on the lawn on warm Sunday evenings after buying the home in 1948. It is now for sale for $500,000.

The ant collection at Harvard's Museum of Comparative Zoology contains almost 13,000 species of ants. Assistant curator Stefan Cover is in charge of identifying new species and naming them.
