Sectoral investment in health: prescription or principles?
Article Abstract:
Approaches to sectoral investment in health should respond to different demands that concern both donors and recipients of aid. To address these problems, donors, such as the World Bank, are vigorously promoting Sector Investment Programs (SIPs). The characteristics and benefits of SIPs are evaluated.
