The corporate giants of cable television have turned the industry into a milking cow. Largely through monopolies backed by corrupt politicians, they have taken advantage of the American's addiction to cable. The FCC and city councils must support competition.

The federal government has been trying to convince the Americans to purchase smaller and fuel-efficient cars. This led to the passage of Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) law. Americans disagree with the law for smaller cars are unsafe on the road.
