Jim and Theresa Mieseler's 25-acre Shady Acres Herb Farm near Chaska, MN, produces 300 varieties mostly used for cooking. The farm has five greenhouses, display gardens, a gift shop and classroom. The Mieselers also offer some tips for growing and harvesting some common herbs.
