Democracy's debt
Article Abstract:
History shows that the pursuit of true and permanent freedom has long been a struggle. Liberty took root around 600 BC when the city-state of Athens established democracy. It was only 2,000 years later that the Americans established their own brand of democracy through the Founding Fathers. Women, blacks and children enjoyed freedom much later.

Democracy rediscovered
Article Abstract:
The American society can be rejuvenated if it recognizes once again that freedom of opportunity is the moral responsibility of the people. To protect this system, government regulation of economic, social and moral behavior should be controlled because this only destroys the natural order of things.
