Dowsing is the art of looking for water, oil, lost objects, lost people, or lost pets by working with their auras, or energy lines. The annual Dowsers' Convention, which has been held in Lyndonville, Vermont for the last 40 years, offers workshops and classes on subjects such as "House cleaning and healing of the body, residence, and workplace" and "Dowsing in the garden."
