Democratic reforms in Czechoslovakia are resulting in various social changes. The younger generations are expected to benefit from these changes, which range from educational freedom to the availability of fresh fruits and advertisement of consumer products as signs of an emerging market economy.

Article Abstract:
Lieutenant Edwin Bennett was wounded during the Allied raid on Dieppe. Burned and hit by shrapnel, he was among those who surrendered to the German forces. Bennett was cared for by Sister Agnes-Marie Valois, with whom he was reunited at the 1982 anniversary of the invasion.
