These people join concerned groups which teach them how to protect themselves and prevent crime, remain honest amid trying situations and go out of their way to help others.

Nobody wants to be a victim of any crime on roads and highways but criminals are always waiting for opportunity to commit crimes. Security expert Louis Mizell said that between 1995 and 1996, 200,000 highway crimes were committed in the US.
