How nature heals us

Some researchers suggest that passive contact with nature can relieve anxiety and stress and thus aid healing and increase concentration. It is believed that by creating more green spaces, particularly in urban areas, the stresses of everyday life and the long-term costs in mental and physical health associated with stress can be minimized or at least buffered.
