A woman describes her ordeal of being kept hostage by James Rincker in the KOIN Center in Portland, OR, in Jan 1996. She later felt anger over the lack of control she had, but a counselor helped her see that her control had saved her life. Rincker was convicted of attempted murder and other charges.
