Seven islands to visit while in Michigan are Beaver Island, Bois Blanc Island, Drummond Island, Isle Royale, Les Cheneaux Islands, Grand Island, and Manitou Islands. The attractions of each island are briefly described, and visitor centers to contact for more information are mentioned.

Ski a secluded Lake Huron Island
Article Abstract:
Rural Drummond Island maintains its reputation as a serene winter hideaway despite its size which is twice as big as that of Massachusetts' Nantucket Island. It boasts of a pristine landscape and popular trails where visitors can ski in pure isolation and silence.
