A young widow narrates her experiences of coping with the brain cancer that afflicted her husband. The days were spent in prayer and looking for doctors who could prevent her husband's cancer from spreading. The death of her husband strengthened the widow's resolve to face life courageously.

Lesa Marie Langford died from cancer at age eight. By planting and faithfully caring for a sickly hackberry sapling, she taught her parents the power of faith. The hackberry now stands 30 feet tall.
